What kind of jobs do you do?
We cover a wide range of handyman tasks — from fixing taps, putting up shelves and assembling furniture to garden maintenance, appliance installation, small repairs and safety checks. You can find a full list on our Services page.
What are your rates?
At MTC Property Services, we believe in transparent and competitive pricing. We provide detailed estimates before starting any work, ensuring that our clients are informed about the costs upfront. There are no hidden fees or surprises.
Our standard rate is £60 for the first hour, then £20 per additional half hour, rounded up. No VAT is added. For longer jobs, we offer half-day, full-day, and project-based pricing.
Do I need to supply materials?
It depends on the job. If you're fitting a shelf or blinds, we’ll confirm that you have the correct kit. For repairs or materials-based work, we’ll discuss what’s needed on the pre-job call.
We carry basic sundries (screws, wall plugs etc.), but if specific materials are needed and not on-site, the time spent sourcing them will be chargeable.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
